CS Sports & Fitness is a personal training company based in Boca Raton, Florida. We offer one-on-one personal training, online coaching, and residential (in-community) training, combining customized workouts with 100% natural nutrition guidance to help clients build strength, lose fat, and improve overall health.
CS Sports & Fitness operates out of WOLF Gym in Boca Raton, FL. We serve clients across South Florida — including Boca Raton, Parkland, Delray Beach, Coconut Creek, and surrounding communities — and we offer online training worldwide.
Pricing depends on session length (30, 45, or 60 minutes), training frequency, and whether you choose in-person, residential, or online coaching. The best way to get accurate pricing is to book a free consultation — we'll match you with the right trainer and program, then quote a package that fits your goals and schedule.
All trainers at CS Sports & Fitness hold master-level personal training certifications and are fully insured. Our team has years of combined experience working with beginners, athletes, post-rehab clients, and older adults, and every trainer is vetted for both technical skill and coaching style.
At the start of every program you complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire covering your lifestyle, training history, injuries, nutrition habits, and goals. Your trainer uses that information to build a fully individualized workout and nutrition plan, then adjusts it weekly based on your progress and feedback.
We use a 100% natural approach to nutrition — no fad diets, no artificial enhancements, no extreme restrictions. We educate you on sustainable ways to prepare healthy meals at home, provide recipes and supplement suggestions, and teach habits that work long after your training package ends.
Yes. We regularly train clients with pre-existing conditions including back pain, knee and shoulder injuries, post-surgery recovery, diabetes, high blood pressure, and arthritis. Programs are scaled and modified to work around limitations safely, and we coordinate with your physician or physical therapist when needed.
There is no minimum session requirement. However, we recommend training at least twice per week to ensure we have adequate time to effectively train all major muscle groups and create consistent progress. Most clients train two to four times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and recovery capacity.
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes. Both formats include a customized workout and nutrition plan with recipe and supplement guidance. The 60-minute option also includes a 5-minute massage-gun recovery treatment at the end of each session to support muscle recovery.
Yes. We match clients with trainers based on goals, training style, personality, and scheduling. If the initial pairing isn't a fit, you can switch trainers at any time — the right coach-client chemistry is essential to long-term results.
Most clients notice improvements in energy and strength within 2–3 weeks, and visible body composition changes within 6–8 weeks of consistent training (minimum two sessions per week) combined with following the nutrition plan. Long-term transformations typically unfold over 3–6 months.
Yes — beginners often benefit the most. A qualified trainer teaches you correct movement patterns from day one, prevents injury, removes the guesswork from programming and nutrition, and keeps you accountable during the months when motivation is hardest. It compresses years of trial-and-error into weeks.
Yes. Our Online Training program includes a customized workout plan, nutrition guidance, video form reviews, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging with your coach. It's designed for clients who travel frequently, live outside South Florida, or prefer training at home with full coaching support.
Residential Training brings a CS Sports & Fitness trainer directly to private communities, gated neighborhoods, and condo gyms in South Florida. It's ideal for residents who want professional one-on-one coaching without leaving their community's fitness facility.
Yes. A large portion of our client base is 50+ and we specialize in age-appropriate strength training, mobility, balance, and fall prevention. Programs prioritize joint health, bone density, and functional movement so clients stay active, independent, and pain-free.
Bring comfortable athletic clothing, supportive training shoes (not running shoes for lifting days), a water bottle, and a small towel. Your trainer will handle everything else — equipment, programming, and any assessments — during your first session.
No. You don't need any prior fitness experience to start. Programs begin at your current level — whether that's returning from years off, recovering from an injury, or training for the first time — and progress at a pace that's safe and sustainable for you.
Book a complimentary consultation through our contact page. During the consultation we'll discuss your goals, assess your current fitness level, recommend a personalized program, match you with the right trainer, and schedule your first sessions. The entire process takes about 30 minutes.
