1. What is your experience and qualification as a personal trainer?
All our trainers at CS Sports & Fitness possess master training certifications and are fully insured.
2. How do you tailor your training programs to meet the individual needs of your clients?
At the beginning of the program, you will be provided with a comprehensive questionnaire focused on your present lifestyle and nutrition. This enables us to tailor individualized plans for each person.
3. What is your approach to nutrition and diet for your clients?
We believe in using 100% natural methods, this means educating you on sustainable ways to prepare healthy meals at home, completely free of any artificial enhancements.
4. Can you accommodate clients with specific health conditions or injuries?
Throughout our experience we have worked with many individuals that have pre-existing conditions, consistently finding effective ways to achieve their goals!
5. How many sessions per week should I expect to have with you?
For the program’s success, our agreement requires a minimum commitment of training at least twice per week.
6. Can you train clients at their home, or do sessions take place in a gym setting?
All personal training sessions take place at Busy Body Fitness Center in Boca Raton, FL. However, if the travel distance is inconvenient, we also provide the option of Online Training, allowing you to participate remotely from any location.
7. How long are the personal training sessions?
We provide two different options for personal training sessions: a 30-minute option and a 60-minute option. Both options include customized workout and nutrition plans, along with recipe and supplement suggestions. However, the 60-minute option offers an additional benefit of a 5-minute massage using a massage gun at the end of each session. This extra feature allows for relaxation and muscle recovery after the training session.
8. Can I choose my personal trainer?
Yes, we strive to match clients with personal trainers based on their preferences and specific needs. We consider factors such as training style, expertise, and compatibility to ensure a positive and productive training experience.
9. How soon can I expect to see results from personal training?
The timeline for seeing results varies depending on individual factors such as fitness level, consistency, effort, and adherence to the training program. Your personal trainer will work with you to set realistic goals and create a plan that maximizes your progress and overall success.
10. How do I get started with personal training?
To get started, simply reach out to us to schedule an initial consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals, assess your fitness level, and provide recommendations for a personalized training program. From there, we can schedule your training sessions and get you started on your fitness journey.
