A COACH WHOS BEEN THERE
At the age of 20, I found myself weighing over 300 pounds and trapped in a cycle of unhealthy habits. My upbringing had taught me to use food as a coping mechanism, and I lacked the knowledge of proper nutrition or portion control. This took a toll on my physical and emotional well-being, making it difficult for me to find employment or form meaningful relationships. Feeling hopeless, demotivated, and depressed, I knew I had to make a change.
Realizing that my future was within my own hands, I made a profound decision to take control of my life. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, researching nutrition and exercise, and committing myself to a consistent routine. I bid farewell to unhealthy foods and learned how to prepare properly portioned, nutritious meals. Through sheer determination and hard work, I managed to shed over 100 pounds in less than two years.
My personal weight loss journey served as a powerful catalyst for me to extend a helping hand to others in achieving their health and fitness goals. In 2017, I pursued my passion and became a certified Personal Fitness Trainer, laying the foundation for the establishment of CS Sports and Fitness.
Over the years I have had the incredible opportunity to work with hundreds of clients and have been privileged to conduct training sessions at prestigious gyms, providing them with the best resources and support possible. Through this I’ve witnessed firsthand the significant impact that proper guidance, motivation, and commitment can have on individuals striving to improve their health and well-being. It brings me immense joy to witness the progress and successes of each client, knowing that I played a role in their positive transformation.
