A COACH WHOS BEEN THERE
At the age of 20 I weighed over 300 pounds and was trapped in a cycle of unhealthy habits. I was addicted to junk food, soda, and video games. My upbringing had taught me to use food as a coping mechanism, I never knew the right foods to eat or what portions to have. I struggled to find employment or even a romantic partner. Feeling hopeless, demotivated, and depressed I knew a change had to be made.
I realized that the future was in my hands, so I made the decision to take control of my life. I began researching nutrition and exercise and dedicated myself to a consistent routine. I stopped consuming unhealthy foods and learned how to cook properly portioned meals. As a result of my hard work and determination I was able to lose over 100 pounds in less than 2 years.
My weight loss journey inspired me to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. In 2017, I became a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and founded CS Sports and Fitness. I have had the privilege of training hundreds of clients at prestigious gyms with an exceptional team of trainers to work alongside.
